ReittiGPS does not collect or store personal information such as name, email address, age, gender or date of birth.

ReittiGPS uses Sentry to collect privacy-minimized crash reports, error reports, and technical diagnostics so that errors can be identified and fixed and app reliability can be monitored. These reports may include technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, stack traces, limited diagnostic state at the time of an error, session health information such as whether the app session ended normally or crashed, and a random app installation identifier used to understand how many installations are affected by an issue.

ReittiGPS configures Sentry not to collect default personal information and not to store IP addresses in event data. ReittiGPS does not include names, email addresses, saved addresses, route searches, precise GPS coordinates, advertising identifiers, or Apple device identifiers in Sentry reports. Screenshots, view hierarchy capture, automatic network breadcrumbs, failed request capture, and Sentry logs are disabled. Like other internet services, Sentry may process connection information such as IP address as necessary to receive and operate the service. ReittiGPS uses the API provided by the Helsinki Region Transport authority to offer journey planning services. Their privacy policy can be found at https://www.hsl.fi/en/privacy although it is mostly irrelevant for ReittiGPS because the app doesn't collect nor provide personal information such as name, email address, age, gender or date of birth. HSL does receive the IP address of your device, as well as any location or address information you may provide when asking the app to plan your journey.

ReittiGPS itself doesn't have any server-side components and does not use third-party tracking libraries for analytics or advertising purposes.
